STRATEGY We will accomplish our Objective in the following ways: Volunteering at various charitable organizations in our area, Sharing business knowledge and creative ideas that benefit all Hispanic women, Training and supporting Hispanic business leaders HPWA is more than social group. It is a group of women who try to make a difference. We want to teach more and more Latino women how to create a network. We want more Latinas to meet other women who work in the corporate arena. At most of our meetings we have invited professional women to be our speakers. These women serve as models, teach us what we want to learn, and give us the advice we need. There are so many stereotypes about Latinas that we need to earn how to overcome them. In a year, HPWA has become a place where women have become friends, some of them are part of the board, others have found jobs, and more. We are working to develop different programs, and we want to continue reaching more and more Latino women.
